Your First Visit Timeline
Welcome & Forms (15 minutes)
Check-in, complete any remaining paperwork, and get acquainted with our friendly staff.
Medical History Review (10 minutes)
Discuss your medical history, current medications, and any dental concerns or goals.
Comprehensive Examination (30 minutes)
Thorough oral examination, digital X-rays, and oral cancer screening for complete assessment.
Treatment Discussion (15 minutes)
Review findings, discuss treatment options, and schedule any necessary follow-up appointments.
Insurance & Payment (10 minutes)
We'll review your insurance benefits and discuss payment options to make care affordable. Our fees follow the Ontario Dental Association fee guide, and we accept cash, debit, Mastercard, and Visa.
What to Bring to Your Appointment
Please bring the following items to ensure a smooth and efficient first visit.
